Service Description
Class will be held by certified instructor, Briana Hayman. This super fun, high-energy class helps you burn calories in a fun rhythmic way! A great weight loss exercise with the benefits of hip-hop dance! If you don't have rhythm, no worries! Class will be beginner/intermediate based and broken down to help you get the most out of your experience. If that doesn't sound inviting, at least come hear some great music! Open to women AND men! No experience necessary! What To Bring: + Water + Towel + 3lbs to 5lbs weights if applicable + step board (step boards are currently limited and will be 1st come 1st served if you don't have one - no worries, the class will be just as beneficial without)
